Pendulum milling principle
Unique among hand machines and patented by Festool: The milling movement of Domino dowel routers.
The simultaneous rotation and oscillation of the milling tool ensures that it is easy to work with and there are no burn marks on the holes.
Thanks to the pendulum movement, the milling cutters do not overheat, which is why they have an extremely long service life.

Oval hole principle
Precise alignment: the first DOMINO dowel is placed exactly on the elongated hole, the following ones are adjusted with play on the elongated holes of a larger width – this allows the connection to be easily aligned. The result is a stable connection, torsion-resistant from the first dowel.

Innovative stop system
Repeated dowel fastenings without time-consuming marking: From the reference edge, the DF 700 can be quickly and precisely positioned using the integrated stop pins. Also possible with dowel groups.

Extremely durable
The special shape of the DOMINO dowel, together with the expanding glue pockets and the longitudinal grooves on the side, gives the dowels a firm grip. with the dowel router DOMINO DF 700 you can process DOMINO dowels up to 14x140 mm in size. When working with DOMINO dowel routers, a large amount of chips is generated. We strongly recommend always using dust extraction to improve the transport of chips from the milling hole during milling, but also to protect your health.
