Right of return
The right of return/right of withdrawal arising from Chapters 6 and 7 of the Terms of Use applies to the Service User (consumer).
The conditions applicable to a consumer (a natural person who does not act in the course of economic or professional activities) do not apply to a legal entity or a natural person acting in the course of economic or professional activities, and vice versa.
6.1 If the Service User wishes to withdraw from the order after placing it and before the Service Provider has fulfilled it, the Service User is obligated to immediately notify the Service Provider in writing.
Written notice must be sent by mail to Tagakuusiku tn 5, Aespa alevik, Rapla county, 79820 or by email to info@tooriistamaailm.ee. The notice must include the order number from which the withdrawal is desired, as well as the Service User's contact details (first name, surname, order date, contact phone number). You may also fill out the product return form on the Tööriistamaailm website.
6.2 If the withdrawal notice reaches the Service Provider after the Service Provider has fulfilled the contract, the withdrawal shall proceed in accordance with the E-Shop Agreement chapter "Right of Withdrawal".
6.3 The Service Provider shall refund the amount paid by the Service User without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
6.4 The money shall be transferred to the Service User's same bank account from which the payment was received by the Service Provider.
7.1 Contracts concluded in the E-Shop are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts concluded via means of communication. The deadline starts from the day the goods are delivered to the Service User. If the Service User has decided to withdraw from the contract, they are obligated to return the goods to the Service Provider.
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Service User must notify the Service Provider with an unambiguous statement by filling out the withdrawal notice form "PRODUCT RETURN FORM" published in the E-Shop, or by mail to Tagakuusiku tn 5, Aespa alevik, Rapla county, 79820, or by email to info@tooriistamaailm.ee .
7.3 The statement or notice described in point 7.2 regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be submitted before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
7.4. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
7.4.1 If the Service User withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider shall refund all payments received from the Service User, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the Service User's chosen delivery method that differs from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Service Provider).
7.4.2 All payments received shall be refunded to the Service User without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the day the Service Provider was informed of the Service User's decision to withdraw from the contract, and the Service User has returned the goods to the Service Provider.
7.4.3 Upon submitting the withdrawal notice, the Service User is obligated to return the goods received from the Service Provider without delay, but no later than within 14 days.
7.4.4 The Service Provider shall make the refund(s) by transfer to the same bank account from which the Service User made the payment to the Service Provider.
7.5 The Service Provider shall send the Service User a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice by email.
7.6 The returned product must be without defects, complete, in original packaging, and unused.
7.7 The Service User (including the consumer) shall bear the costs associated with returning the goods, except in cases where the item to be returned does not conform to the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
