Shipping and delivery time
The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page. Below is also an example of where the delivery time info is located on the product page. Free shipping starts from a 150 euro shopping cart (incl. VAT), except for oversized or heavy products whose shipping cost is shown on the product page.

If a product happens to be out of stock or the delivery time is longer than expected, we will contact you (after placing the order) and inform you about the estimated delivery time. If the delivery time is too long for you, we will try to find an alternative product or refund your payment within 5 business days.

Courier delivery
This shipping method is the most convenient for the customer, as all purchased goods are delivered to the address specified in the order. We use various courier companies to ensure a competitive shipping price based on the size of the shipment and the delivery area.
Parcel machine
In cooperation with DPD, Smartpost, Omniva and Unisend, we offer you a convenient way to pick up your ordered packages from a suitable parcel machine. When the package has arrived at your selected machine, a text message with the locker opening code will be sent to the mobile phone specified in the order. You can pick up the package from the machine by entering the code received via SMS into the parcel machine terminal. The maximum package size that can be sent to a parcel machine is 74.5x35x61 cm (Unisend).
Post office
This service works similarly to parcel machine services. The only difference is that instead of a parcel machine, you can choose the most convenient post office as the pickup location. After the package has arrived at the post office, you will receive a notification and can go pick up your goods.
Self pickup
By choosing this shipping method, you can pick up the goods yourself from our office at Lepatriinu tee 4, Jälgimäe, 76404 Harju maakond. You will be notified when the ordered goods are ready for pickup at the office.
