We mediate the manufacturer's warranty
Since Tööriistamaailm OÜ is not the manufacturer of goods but their intermediary, we also mediate the manufacturer's warranty for the products we sell. The warranty gives the buyer the right to demand free repair or replacement as long as the warranty is valid.
If you have a warranty claim, please fill out the corresponding form, which you can find at this link. Please fill this out because different companies handle warranty repairs for different manufacturers' tools. After filling out this form, we can offer you the fastest solution for product repair.
Warranty period
Legal entities have a 1-year limited WARRANTY (unless otherwise stated on the product page). The factory limited warranty applies only to the initial sale!
Private individuals have the right, pursuant to LOA §218 paragraph 2, to file a claim with the seller within 2 years.
Some products may have a warranty longer than 2 years, but this is separately stated on the product page.
The product warranty certificate is the invoice that was sent to your email address after payment for the order. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
Tool warranty extension
Some tool manufacturers allow customers to extend the warranty of their tools and/or batteries to 2-3 years by registering on the manufacturer's website. More detailed information by manufacturer:
Registration is possible within 100 days from the date of purchase on the Festool website.
In addition to the extended warranty, the following additional benefits apply when registering the product:
- Free comprehensive repair (batteries, chargers, carbon brushes, ball bearings or O-ring seals, etc.)
- Replacement in case of theft (€125 deductible)

Registration is possible within 4 weeks from the date of purchase on the DeWalt website.

Registration is possible within 4 weeks from the date of purchase on the Milwaukee website.
Tools are extended to a 3-year warranty and batteries to a 2-year warranty. Chargers have a 1-year warranty.

Bosch PRO (so-called blue tools) registration is possible within 4 weeks from the date of purchase on the Bosch website.
