A 70 mm routing stroke convinces especially when inserting fittings or routing with routing templates. It also has extensive equipment with which practically all routing work can be carried out.

Impeccable accuracy
The OF 1400 R is attached with a clamp attachment to both guide columns at once. Thus, the upper router is completely torsion-resistant. The routing result is ideal. Time-consuming rework is a thing of the past.

70 mm routing stroke
Thanks to the large 70 mm routing stroke, working with large routing heights and templates or inserting fittings is easily possible.

Precise fine adjustment
The upper router OF 1400 has a precise depth setting. Without much effort, the routing depth is set in seconds and can be finely adjusted manually with a rotary wheel with an accuracy of 1/10 mm.

Clean and health-preserving work
The OF 1400 has an integrated suction nozzle, which ensures a clear view of the workpiece and a healthy working environment. Simply connect the Festool mobile dust extractor and work in a clean environment.

99% dust extraction
Thanks to the unique chip catcher, it allows perfect dust extraction. Together with the dust extraction attachment and the Festool mobile dust extractor, optimal suction power is achieved on edge routers.

Easy handling
The on/off switch and the stepless speed controller can be controlled with one handle. This means that the OF 1400 is always firmly and safely in your hands.

Parallel stop in a flash

Thanks to the convenient rocker spindle lock and the ratchet principle, the cutter can be changed in a flash without having to change the key.

Tool-free change
The copying ring is changed without tools. It is removed with a quick click and put back in just as easily.

For quick device change
Thanks to the plug it system, the device can be changed quickly – directly from the cable, not from the socket or the dust extractor: one cable for all devices. If the cable breaks, a quick cable change is not a problem.

Quick brake
The quick brake ensures optimal safety when routing and the OF 1400 stops in seconds.
