The press contours of REMS press rings XL (PR-3S) are system-specific and correspond to the press contours of the pressing system used. This results in a firm pressing that perfectly matches the system.

Inspection according to EN 1775:2007 - REMS press vices/REMS press vices Mini/press rings (with press contours M, V, SA, B, HR and UP) have a special marking pressed into them, which leaves a specific mark on the fitting after it is pressed. In this way, it is also possible to check later whether the correct press vice/press ring was used to press the fitting.
With this traceability, REMS fulfills the recommendations of the European standard EN 1775:2007 for the installation of pressfitting systems for gas. Example: REMS press fittings M: imprint "M" on the pressed pipe fitting for traceability according to EN 1775:2007.
