This creates a bottleneck that increases battery resistance. Terminal-free battery technology solves this bottleneck. Instead of just two current channels, the battery has countless parallel current channels. Result: less resistance, less heat, impressive power and outstanding energy density.

EXBA18V-40 has a 5-LED indicator that shows the charge status and remaining volume and detects the risk of failure.
The charger EXBA18V-40 and GAL 12V/18V-80 are compatible with both the Bosch Professional 18V system and the multi-brand battery alliance AMPShare. In addition, the charger GAL 12V/18V-80 is also compatible with the Bosch Professional 12V system.
