INDUSTRIAL SINTERHIP HIGH DENSITY CARBIDE
The SINTERHIP sintering process (hot isostatic pressing) uses high temperature (up to 3500 °F) and high pressure (up to 1500 psi) to fully consolidate the carbide.
The result is a product without porosity, which ensures a longer life and a lower risk of breakage compared to traditional carbide.

Each tooth is precisely sharpened on a multi-axis CNC machine, creating ideal cutting angles that ensure an extremely clean cut and longer life.
