ESSVE concrete screw is designed for quick and easy fastening in concrete, brick, hollow brick and hollow block.
The specially hardened screw is screwed directly into the drilled hole without a dowel.
The screw is fully threaded with a so-called "hi-low" thread, which facilitates assembly.
Made of hardened steel and bright zinc plated or CorrSeal surface treatment.
In general, the greater the fastening depth, the better the load-bearing capacity.
When fastening to materials other than concrete, testing must be carried out in accordance with the assessment method approved by the Swedish Housing Authority (Boverket) in order to obtain the applicable practical load-bearing capacity.
The concrete screw has also been tested and approved for pulsating loads.
INSTALLATION
It is recommended to use an impact screwdriver for assembly. NB! The concrete screw does not require a pre-tensioning torque to secure the fastening. The applicable torque must not be greater than that required to hold the part to be fastened in place. The tightening torques in the table must not be exceeded.
