Essve terrace screw installation jig HDS PRO 105/155

With the ESSVE HDS system, you can build wooden terraces without visible screw heads. Working with the jig is very easy and the result is a beautiful terrace without splinters.
The HDS system consists of a jig, screws and screw bits.
The screw is attached diagonally from the side of the terrace board, so the terrace screw is completely hidden, ensuring a luxurious finish for the terrace.
The updated tool has a modern design that is more ergonomic compared to its predecessor.
The tool now has a holder for the bits so they don't get lost.
The new jig is packaged in a green ESSBOX+ box, just like our screws.

Use the distance blocks included with the jig to ensure the correct spacing between the terrace boards.
The installation jig is used for boards with a width of 105-155 mm.
Always follow the wood supplier's installation instructions when determining the correct distance between the boards. This will extend the life of your terrace.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Adjust the jig according to the width of the terrace board by lifting the gray locking button. Place the tool on the terrace board so that the beam is under the terrace board. Place the HDS screws in the installation holes. Use distance blocks to keep the boards at the correct distance. Fasten the terrace screws into the board using special HDS screw bits TX15x100 mm. Always start with the outer screw.
