Festool air-powered eccentric sander LEX 3 150/7

Main applications:
Coarse sanding of flat surfaces
Even faster coarse sanding of putty, e.g. in a 4-step sanding system
For sanding lacquered surfaces
Coarse sanding of wood, paint and varnish

Stops vibration, increases efficiency. The 7 mm stroke air-powered eccentric sander LEX 3 150/7 with a high sanding power in a very short time, e.g. when coarse sanding flat surfaces and putty during a 4-stage sanding process. At the same time, it uses less compressed air than any other device in its class – up to 30% less.
Weighing only 1 kg, with minimal vibration, pleasantly low operating noise and a powerful and durable motor, as well as ultra-low compressed air consumption, it is suitable for both the automotive industry and the manufacture of kitchen furniture and furniture – for coarse sanding of wood, paint and varnish.

Extremely durable and long-lasting
Low-maintenance and durable motor with double-sealed bearings and high speed stiffness ensures only short downtimes and a long service life.

Three functions in one: IAS system
IAS 3 hose system combines three functions into one hose: compressed air supply, exhaust air return and dust extraction. Sanding dust and exhaust air are kept away from the work surface
away. Thanks to the cleverly designed exhaust air return system, cold air does not escape: hands and wrists stay warm, work is more comfortable and healthier.

Very handy and comfortable
Precise control and sanding thanks to the device's Softgrip coating.
Well-balanced ergonomics also ensures easier operation.

Low compressed air consumption
Less is more. The LEX 3 150 air consumption is the lowest of all: only about 310 l/min. This is about 30% less than with other manufacturers' devices – and saves money.

Highest quality of the surface
The unique sole brake reduces the rotation of the sanding sole and thus prevents the formation of sanding marks when placing it on the surface – less rework and costs.

Reduced need for repair work
The high-quality MULTI-JETSTREAM sanding pad FUSION-TEC works on the principle and is low, thus creating a better surface feel. The risk of material damage and costly rework is significantly reduced.

Lower sanding tool consumption, lower total costs
The patented MULTI-JETSTREAM sanding system is a unique system that works with intake and exhaust air. It creates an air flow that actively transports sanding dust to the nearest suction channel. Result: almost 100% dust extraction ensures permanently strong sanding, maximum surface quality and a significantly longer service life of the Velcro fastener and sanding tool.

Discs of different strengths for every use
Hard, soft, ultra-soft. Festool offers sanding pads with three different degrees of hardness for optimal material and surface-specific applications.

Speed adjustment during sanding
The ergonomic position of the speed preselection allows stepless adjustment with the thumb even during sanding.

Well-readable gear marking
The sanding stroke is printed as a readable number on the top of the ergonomic safety switch. The safety switch also acts as a sensitive sanding accelerator switch.

Antistatic function
Mobile vacuum cleaners and machines against the formation of static charge during operation with the antistatic function.

MULTI-JETSTREAM 2
Sanding with built-in dust extraction. Based on the patented MULTI-JETSTREAM 2 principle.

Vibration stop
Patented VS balancing to ensure optimally smooth operation during sanding and thus healthy work.

StickFix STF
Quick closing principle for attaching sanding tools – without glue and clamps – for greater economy.

Quick brake
For safe working when planing, sawing and milling.

IAS 3
The hose system combines compressed air, dust removal and exhaust air.

IAS 3 light
Dust extraction, compressed air with external exhaust air control.
