Main applications:
Drywall construction specialist with gypsum fiberboard and chipboard or OSB boards
The DWC 18-4500 with the highest speeds is ideal for precise series screwing into plasterboard
Fastening gypsum fiber and wood panels to metal and wooden substructures
Designed for dry construction with every detail: The short shape and balanced center of gravity ensure excellent weight distribution – even overhead.
The magazine bit adapter makes the device the first choice when you need to quickly and accurately screw with one hand – with precise depth and ultra-fast cycle rate.
Thanks to the new stop-and-go function, the brushless EC-TEC motor only works when the device is in use and provides up to 40% more screwing power per battery charge.
Tireless work
Ideal for screwing work overhead: The 3.0 Ah Compact battery weighs only 400 grams – ideal when ultimate lightness is paramount. For energy-intensive use, we recommend using a 4.0 Ah Li-HighPower Compact battery: powerful enough for any use, yet 20% lighter and 50% more compact than a 5.0 Ah standard battery.
One-hand control
With the magazine attachment, you have one hand completely free, for example, to press the plasterboard panels or to work under the ceiling.
Simply faster
The magazine bit adapter is suitable for all current belt screws 25–55 mm. Ideal for fast series screwing.
Clean thing
Where you screw into the plaster, there is dust. No problem, because the tray can be removed without tools in a few seconds, making it quick and easy to clean.
Precise screwing depth
The depth limiter can be installed without tools and adjusted in 0.1 mm increments. This ensures a constant screwing depth and screw position. This allows you to eliminate time-consuming rework right from the start.
Automatic start/stop
The motor only works when screwing – and, if desired, also in AUTO mode without pressing the main switch. This allows for greater screwing performance per battery charge.
Extremely durable
The brushless, maintenance-free EC-TEC motor is highly efficient and has a virtually unlimited lifespan. Together with Li-ion batteries, it allows you to do screwing work with up to 40% more power per battery charge.
Electronic
Adjustable speed for material-appropriate work.
Lithium-ion battery
