Installation work for furniture, kitchen and interior design
Sawing circles and curves
Notching of edge strips
Cutting the length of workpieces
Surpluses on beams

Convenient work with a vacuum cleaner – Bluetooth® battery automatically starts the Bluetooth®-enabled mobile vacuum cleaner in AUTO mode
With them, even narrow curves become straight. The powerful and energy-efficient EC-TEC motor, with a frequency of 3800 strokes per minute, ensures powerful and fast sawing at all times.
Always guaranteed: maximum precision – thanks to the specially developed hammer guide and parallel adjustable guide jaws. These act as a third guide and keep the saw blade uncompromisingly on the right track. And that the top form is not only about the sawing result, this is also shown by the ergonomic design of our cordless pendulum jigsaws, which allows for non-tiring and long-term work.
Festool Bluetooth® batteries ensure particularly convenient use with the Festool mobile vacuum cleaner: together with the Bluetooth®-enabled Festool mobile vacuum cleaner, they ensure that the vacuum cleaner starts automatically in AUTO mode when the cordless pendulum jigsaw is switched on.
Optimal handling and use
Weighing only 2.3 kg, with a slim line and ergonomic shape, non-slip softgrip coating and switches placed on both sides (also in the middle on models with a handle) for right- and left-handed users.
Power and flexibility perfectly in one
An excellent combination of powerful pull-through and ideal curve behavior. Similar in cutting power to cable variants, long-lasting and much more powerful than other cordless saws.
Very powerful
3800 lifts in one minute ensure exceptional pull-through – supported by a brushless and therefore maintenance-free EC-TEC motor.
Precise sawing on the marking
Due to the stroboscopic light, the saw blade appears to remain stationary, while at the same time the CARVEX dust extraction and blower function keep the view of the marking free.
Absolutely correct and precise angle
The lifting rod guide and parallel adjustable hard metal jaws as a third saw blade guide ensure precise and correctly angled cuts.
Precise sector cuts
Works very easily, even with the smallest circles (radii 34 mm to 1.5 m) – with a circle cutter and a suitable jigsaw blade, e.g. S 75/4 K.
Guarantees precise
0 to 45° bevel cuts and back cuts succeed with a quickly interchangeable angle table.
Tool-free saw blade replacement
A saw blade suitable for the material pays off. The results are more accurate and the saw blades last significantly longer. Therefore, the Festool system is also designed here for short saw blade replacement times: the saw blade can be replaced with one hand.
Thought out to the details
The drop-down dust extraction attachment of the CARVEX PS 420 jigsaw improves suction performance and thus the view of the cut.
Aldis communicator
The Bluetooth® battery communicates via Bluetooth® with the Bluetooth® module of the CLEANTEC mobile vacuum cleaner (CT 26/36/48 as an accessory to be added later, CT MINI I and MIDI I already built-in) and automatically starts the mobile vacuum cleaner when the cordless tool is switched on. In this way, you also win when you use all Festool dust-free system cordless tools in your work.
Non-tiring work
Weighing barely 600 grams, it is simultaneously 20% lighter and 50% more compact than the 5.0 Ah standard battery. It only saves weight, but not in power. Thanks to Li-HighPower battery element technology, it is powerful enough for every use.
Antistatic function
Mobile vacuum cleaners and machines against the formation of static charge when working with the antistatic function.
MMC Electronic Digital
Processor-controlled power electronics “Multi Material Control” with adjustable, constant speed and temperature monitoring for material-appropriate processing.
Precision-guided jigsaw
Wear-resistant hard metal cheeks guide the saw blade directly above the cutting point. For precise work results.
Tear protection
Patented tear protection for low-splitting cuts on both sides of the surface.
FastFix
Facilitates the replacement of tools used for milling, sawing, planing, grinding, drilling and screwing.
Guide system
Patented guide system for safe guidance of sawing and milling accessories.
