Straight, round, eerung
For edging right-angled details, internal corners, curves, radii, convex and concave shapes. Internal radius up to 50 mm; minimum external radius 25–30 mm. Bevel gluing at an angle of 0–47°.

Mobile or stationary
The CONTURO can be used mobile or stationary: stationary bevels are possible (angle 0°–47°). Mobile is also suitable for quick rework on site during assembly.

Wood, plastic, melamine
Suitable for all common edging materials from wood and plastic to melamine. For 18–65 mm edge heights and 0.5–3.0 mm edge thickness.

Even more areas of use
Four different glue colors (white, natural, brown and black) ensure perfect joint quality with all decors. And with the new polyurethane adhesive, water- and heat-resistant gluing can be easily performed, e.g. in the case of bathroom or kitchen furniture.

Excellent ergonomics
The transverse mounting system ensures optimal weight distribution, while the pressure from the handles is automatically transferred to the pressure roller – for energy-saving work. The force is applied regardless of the edge height, as the machine is guided firmly on the top of the workpiece. This also simplifies the adjustment of the edge height and allows a better overview of the glued areas of the edge with the support table.

Low heating
Safe operation thanks to only moderate heating of the device body.

Narrow radii, long edges
For narrow radii and hard-to-reach places: additional roller. This increases the bending radius of the edge and provides an additional pressure point to improve adhesion during upward movement. Another useful accessory: edge holder. Long edge strips (from approx. 150 cm) are neatly rolled up in the additional holder – for a clean finish and complete freedom of movement.

Plugs
Trimming of plastic edges, also with impact: cutting device KP 65/2 for edge height 18–65 mm and edge thickness 0.5–2.0 mm.

Milling
Trimming and rounding of protruding edges: edge router MFK 700 EQ/B-Plus with ball bearing brake for scratch-free results. Ensures a perfect result thanks to precise fine adjustment.

Smoothing
Removing the last residues after milling and smoothing the grain marks: scraper with integrated radii R1, R1.5 and R2 mm.

For sanding and polishing
Everything for perfect finishing: hand sanding block, sanding fleece, sanding agent, polishing felt and polishing agent – perfectly matched to each other. Practical: all accessories and sanding and polishing accessories in one Systainer – edge processing kit SYS KB-KA 65.
