With Festool's innovative solution, the edge sander, this succeeds quickly and easily - already on the first use.

Workpiece protection
The sliding cover on the sliding plate can be changed easily and quickly depending on the surface. Fleece covers for delicate, plastic covers for all other surfaces.

Sanding cover replacement position
Thanks to the push-in sliding plate, replacing the sanding cover is easy.

Adjustable sanding mode
In Hard mode (pre-sanding setting), the edge is sanded according to the set angle. In Soft mode (intermediate sanding setting), the edge sander adapts exactly to the surface to be sanded - so that no paint or filler material is sanded through.

Angle adjustment
Tool-free angle adjustment allows you to select and lock free angles. The integrated angle indicator ensures accuracy when manually setting angles.

Versatile applications
With the edge sander, you can easily sand both small and large workpieces, narrow and wide edges (5 – 60 mm), sloping surfaces (43 – 92°) and contour-internal external rounds (e.g. on a round dining table). You can sand up to the inner corners.

Dust-free work
The automatic vacuuming function or the set with a vacuum cleaner ensures low-dust sanding work at all times.

Easy to use
The edge sander rests completely against the edge and thus ensures a flawless sanding result. The sander does not tilt or is there a risk of sanding through - from the first use.
