Invented and perfected by Festool: guide rails. For cuts and grooves that impress with their precision. With a sliding element for smooth machine running and with a groove for clamping screws and lever clamps or with a splinter guard for splinter-free sawing. A breakthrough in precision and ease of work since 1964. Guide rails are available in 8 different lengths, from 800 to 5000 mm.

The sliding element ensures the machine's movement on the guide rail.|The kickback stop limits guidance or ensures that plunge-cut saws do not kick back when plunging into the workpiece.|With the combination square and guide rail, angles can be transferred directly and easily to the workpiece without extensive calculation and trial and error.|In combination with a jigsaw, precise cuts can be achieved with wood thicknesses up to 20 mm.|For precise and straight grooves, it is recommended to use an overhead router with a guide stop. Place directly on the guide rail and mill.|The guide jaws of the plunge-cut saw can be set on the guide rail without tools. This allows for wobble-free machine guidance and precise cuts.|The adhesive mat holds the rail firmly in place and protects the surface at the same time. For even more support, there are clamps, the FS-Rapid quick clamp and the GECKO lifting handle with two suction cups.|The rubber lip directly at the edge of the marking protects the edges from tearing as a splinter guard – even when making angled cuts.|With the connecting piece, two guide rails can be easily connected and aligned.|The debris guide prevents the suction hose and cord from getting caught on the end of the guide rail.
