Together with guide rails, angle stop or well-thought-out and proven splinter protection and a machine perfectly adapted to dust extraction, the TS 55 achieves excellent results and is therefore a top-class saw system – for every challenge.

The concentrated traction of the plunge saw allows you to work twice as fast and the saw blade life is still significantly longer. Our new generation of saw blades is impressive because it combines the greatest cutting power and ideal cutting quality.

Perfect cuts and less post-processing
If you use a splinter guard and guide rail attached to the saw, the sawing result is almost without tearing marks even on both sides.

Precise work even with corner cuts
The TS 55 allows you to achieve very precise cuts. Even when tilting the saw, the 90° and the subsequent up to 47° cutting edge always remain the same.

Precise and health-saving work as a system
The combination of our guide rails, numerous saw blades, adapted dust extraction function, saw table, angle stop and splinter guard makes our saw system an extra-class saw system.

Much safer, easier handling
The spring-operated wedge comes behind the saw blade to prevent clogging and makes it easier to start again in existing cutting paths.

Angle adjustment from -1° to 47°
0° and 45° angles can be selected simply using locking points. With the extended -1° to 47° adjustment options, you can also make back cuts.

Optimal guidance on plunge cuts
Good view of the saw blade thanks to the transparent and movable viewing opening and start and end point addition markings.

Greatest flexibility
The flat body allows you to make cuts close to the edge with the smallest wall distance (12 mm).

More options thanks to setting electronics
Our installed control electronics allow you to adjust the number of revolutions to control the temperature and quick braking and adapt the number of revolutions to the material being processed (only on the FEBQ variant).

FastFix saw blade change
Always be guided by the needs of the material when working. The FastFix spindle lock makes changing the saw blade very easy. In just a few simple hand movements, the correct saw blade is installed and the appropriate speed setting is made to saw, guided by this material.

Precise depth adjustment
Easy to read and set: the dual scale of the cutting depth allows you to work with or without a guide rail. The extra-large step and fine adjustment option make adjustment even easier.

Antistatic function

MMC electronic multi-material control
