Festool plunge saw TS 75 EBQ-Plus-FS

Main applications:
Precise plunge cuts up to 75 mm material thickness
Perfect cutting of front doors – guide rail with plunge saw
Sawing and processing of winter garden profiles
Clean and easy cutting of cable ducts
Safe sawing of raised office floors
Mechanical processing of sandwich panels in hall construction

More cutting depth, up to 75 mm. Staying true to one line. Millimeter accuracy and without tear marks. With the necessary strength for each material, but at the same time light and easy to use. And with a triple bearing motor, including MMC Electronic, which ensures excellent service life. The TS 75 combines high power and easy handling in a compact device. Together with the guide rail, the TS 75 enables flexible, fast and precise work.

Through thick and liquid with one cut
With a cutting depth of 75 mm and a power of 1600 W, even thick workpieces can be sawn with one cut. No more need to do time-consuming work from two sides. This minimizes rework and saves the laborious turning of the workpiece.

Best cutting quality
To achieve high-quality results: if you want clean cuts without tear marks, work with the guide rail. With fixed guide jaws that can be adjusted without tools, the TS 75 works on it completely without play.

Work safety
The kickback stop prevents kickback when plunge sawing. Always at hand in a practical holder, ensuring safe work.

FastFix saw blade change
Always be guided by the needs of the material when working. The FastFix spindle lock makes changing the saw blade very easy. This ensures that you can always saw with a saw blade and speed setting suitable for the material without problems.

Longer life
The triple bearing of the motor improves smooth running and extends its service life.

Precise depth adjustment
The locking depth stop allows the cutting depth to be adjusted to the millimeter.

Double-sided cutting without tear marks
If you use an attachable splinter guard and a guide rail, the sawing result is practically tear-free on both sides. Advantage: no rework and significantly less workpiece residue.

MMC Electronic
Optimal adaptation to the material, continuous speed and temperature monitoring. And for safety, the quick brake stops the saw blade in seconds.

Diving safely and cleanly
The splitting wedge is installed resiliently and automatically moves back into the housing when the workpiece is placed on it. As soon as the machine is submerged, the splitting wedge moves into the sawing groove and protects the saw blade from jamming. This means that the splitting wedge is always at the edge of the saw and constantly takes care of safety.

Additional safety
If the saw blade jams, the sliding clutch prevents the saw from kicking back.

Dust-free work
The 360° rotatable suction nozzle allows the suction to be optimally adjusted according to the working position.

Always follow the accuracy of the angles when working
With the TS 75, precise work with angle cuts is self-evident. Because the marking edge always remains the same as the cutting edge, even if the saw blade is turned. And this is with an angle of 0° to 47°, precisely set on an easy-to-read scale.

Antistatic function
Mobile vacuum cleaners and machines against the formation of static charge when working with the antistatic function.

MMC electronic multi-material control
Working suitable for the material: Power electronics “Multi Material Control” with adjustable, constant rotational speed and temperature monitoring.

Tear protection
Patented tear protection for low-breaking cuts on both sides of the surface when sawing.

Guide system
Patented guide system for safe guidance of sawing and milling accessories.

CLEANTEC
Integrated bayonet joint as a connecting element between the vacuum cleaner and the tool.

plug it
Removable, replaceable mains cable with safety lock for quick equipment changes.

Quick brake
For safe work when planing, sawing and milling.
