KNIPEX StepCut Cable Shears: A quantitative leap in cable cutting
Up to 40% easier cutting

Good news for all electricians: The KNIPEX StepCut 95 11 160 makes cutting multi-strand cables significantly easier compared to conventional cable shears of the same length. The cutters cut wires and strands one by one, reducing the required force by up to 40%. This 16 cm long tool offers surprisingly high cutting capacity:

Cuts single and multi-strand copper and aluminum cables with a diameter of up to 15 mm (50 mm⊃2;) easily and precisely.
Suitable for cutting solid NYM cables up to a maximum of 5 x 4 mm⊃2;.

Hand-friendly two-component handles

The two-component handles are designed for comfort. The ergonomic design increases the contact surface between the handles and the hand, significantly reducing the risk of blisters and pressure points. These handles are particularly suitable for frequent use and situations requiring significant manual force.
