Knipex Crimping Pliers for Two-Handed Use 0.5 - 6 mm²

Consistently high crimping quality thanks to precision jaws and rebound mechanism (releasable)
Crimping jaws are not interchangeable
Easy to handle due to well-balanced center of gravity, angled head, and ergonomically shaped handles
Solder-free electrical connections
Smart transmission mechanism reduces the need for physical effort by up to 30% compared to conventional crimping pliers
Tools are precisely set (calibrated) at the factory
Two-handed use for easy crimping of large wire diameters

Extremely user-friendly: precise work requires little time and effort

Professional crimping results – ideal crimping pressure automatically

Usually, crimping plugs require sufficient attention to create safe and reliable electrical and mechanical connections. With Knipex 97 52 06 crimping pliers, this is easier as the tool allows you to intuitively do everything right. Insulated cable lugs, plug connections, and crimp connections are attached to the wires in precisely machined crimping profiles.

Built-in locking ensures that the pliers only open when the optimal crimping pressure set at the factory has been achieved. If necessary, the crimping pressure can be adjusted and the lock released.

30% less effort – double use of lever mechanism

Double use of the lever mechanism ensures continuous workload reduction: up to 30% less effort compared to conventional crimping pliers, made possible by applied laws of physics. Knipex 97 52 06 handles are designed to produce a long lever handle, allowing two-handed operation for larger wire sections. A special lever mechanism is also integrated into the crimping pliers, ensuring that even small hand force is transferred to the wire in a precisely measured way. The user can create stable connections between wires and crimp connections with little time and effort.

Professional crimp connection with three hand movements

Depending on the application, the insulated cable lug, plug, or crimp connection is inserted into the corresponding crimping hole. The lower handle is pulled with two fingers until both jaws touch the crimp connection, securing it in the crimping profile. After the exposed wire is inserted, the crimping is carried out. Knipex 97 52 06 is designed for years of use. Knipex's high quality standards and the choice of high-quality chrome-vanadium electric steel ensure that these crimping pliers retain their properties for a long time.
