KNIPEX crimping pliers PreciForce® 220 mm

Crimping pliers for insulated and non-insulated end sleeves 0.25 - 6.00 mm⊃2;

Precise crimping – that's why they bear the name Knipex PreciForce

Crimping is a very precise job. The crimping profile and crimping pressure must be precisely matched to the end sleeve (ferrule) to be crimped and the corresponding wire to create a mechanically and electrically safe and secure connection. All Knipex PreciForce series pliers stand out for their light and compact design, where the manual force is amplified by the lever system and the crimping profile is precise. Result: precisely the right pressure is applied optimally to the sleeve, connecting it to the wire.

Built-in lock for precise and repeated crimping

Knipex PreciForce allows the user to work freely, because the pliers adjust the necessary manual force themselves. The crimping pressure of Knipex 97 52 38 pliers is ideally calibrated at the factory for end sleeves (ferrules) with a volume of 0.25 to 6.0 mm⊃2;. The built-in lock blocks the premature opening of the pliers before the set upper limit is reached by hand pressure. The pliers only open when the optimal crimping pressure has been reached, allowing the user to fully concentrate on crimping. If necessary, the lock can be released manually and the pressure adjusted.

Precisely machined and durable crimping profiles

In the case of the Knipex PreciForce series, each crimping point has a specially machined crimping profile. One pliers – one application. Knipex PreciForce is made of special high-quality chrome vanadium electric steel and is oil-hardened. Therefore, Knipex PreciForce 97 52 38 is a long-term investment in a specific application: crimping insulated and non-insulated end sleeves (ferrules).
