Extremely user-friendly: precision that requires little time and effort
Professional crimping results – ideal crimping pressure automatically
Crimping uninsulated cable lugs and connectors requires care to create secure electrical connections. Usually. The Knipex 97 52 13 crimping pliers are a tool that intuitively helps the user do everything correctly.
Uninsulated crimp cable lugs, tubular and compression cable lugs, and uninsulated crimp connections are securely attached to wires in precisely machined crimping profiles. The built-in lock ensures that the pliers only open when the factory-set optimal crimping pressure is achieved. If necessary, the crimping pressure can be adjusted and the lock released.
30% less effort – double use of lever mechanism
Double use of the lever mechanism – double relief: up to 30% less effort compared to conventional crimping pliers, made possible by applied physics. The handles of the Knipex 97 52 13 pliers are designed with a long lever arm, which also allows two-handed use for larger wire diameters. A special linkage is also integrated into the pliers, so even a small hand force is directed precisely and moderately into the wire. The user can professionally and with little effort create stable connections between wires and cable lugs or connectors.
How it works: three hand movements to make a professional crimp connection
The uninsulated crimp cable lug, tubular or compression cable lug, or uninsulated crimp connection is inserted into the corresponding precisely machined hole. The lower handle is pulled upwards with two fingers until both jaws touch the cable lug or connector to be crimped, securing it in the crimping profile. After inserting the stripped wire, crimping is performed: securely and safely. The Knipex 97 52 13 is designed for long-term use. The high Knipex quality standards and high-quality chrome-vanadium electric steel ensure that the features of these crimping pliers remain over a long period.
