Short installation time, long service life

Precision pliers for holding and installing circlips on shafts.

In industry and trade, economically efficient work processes are key to a company's success. Installation time = production time. Precision pliers save time, and the use of high-quality tools helps increase profitability. Professional tools, such as Knipex 49 11 A2 precision circlip pliers, allow for quick and easy installation and removal of circlips from shafts. Thanks to extremely stable, cold-formed tips, the pliers grip the circlip's retaining loops firmly and hold the circlips in place without twisting.

Extremely stable, integrated tips: long service life from spring steel wire

Typical applications for Knipex 49 11 A2 precision circlip pliers include the repair of agricultural machinery or the use of industrial mass production lines. The tips, made of high-density, smooth spring steel (piano wire), which are cold-formed, offer unparalleled stability and are ideal for such tasks.

Bolted, backlash-free joint for delicate and precise work

As with Knipex 49 11 A2 precision circlip pliers, a bolted joint can be adjusted much more precisely than riveted joints. The bolted joint ensures smooth movement without backlash, which is particularly useful in tight installation situations and when working with small circlips. Manual force can be controlled excellently.
