Short installation time, long service life

Precise pliers for holding and installing washers even in tight spaces.

Repair and installation situations where the washers are partially covered present special challenges for mechanics. Professional pliers, such as the Knipex 49 21 A01, with jaws at a 90° angle, allow you to quickly and easily remove or install hard-to-reach washers on shafts. Thanks to the extremely stable, cold-formed tips, the pliers firmly grip the retaining loops of the washer and hold the washer firmly in place. Precise operations save time.

Extremely stable, integrated tips: long service life made of spring steel wire

Knipex 49 21 A01 precision circlip pliers are used, for example, in major overhauls of engines and gearboxes to remove tightly stuck washers or to install washers in industrial mass production lines. Durable pliers tips that offer almost insurmountable stability are essential in professional applications.

90° angled pliers head: washers are easily accessible and securely held

The pliers head of the Knipex 49 21 A01 precision circlip pliers is at a 90° angle. This means that the washers can be easily accessed even if vertical access is not possible. A bolted joint ensures more precise adjustment than a riveted joint. Manual force can be precisely controlled, allowing for sensitive and controlled work.
