Precise pliers for holding and installing circlips.

In workshops and industry, sustainable and efficient processes are the basis for success. Ergonomics = healthy working conditions. Installation time = production time. Precision pliers, such as the Knipex 48 11 J2, are useful for everyone. These professional tools allow you to quickly and efficiently install and remove circlips. Extremely stable, cold-formed ends firmly grip the retaining loops of the circlip and hold them firmly to the pliers.

Extremely stable, integrated ends: long-life spring steel wire

Knipex 48 11 J2 precision circlip pliers are used, for example, when removing a stuck circlip during an engine overhaul. Their ends are unsurpassed in terms of stability. Made of high-density smooth spring steel (piano wire), attached to the pliers and sealed by cold forming.

Bolted, backlash-free joint for powerful and precise work

The bolted joint of the Knipex 48 11 J2 precision circlip pliers allows for more precise adjustment than riveted joints. This ensures smooth movement without backlash. This is especially useful in tight installation situations and with small circlips. Manual force can be perfectly controlled.
