The compact and powerful 125 mm angle grinder is equipped with a brushless motor, which ensures high performance and working speed, comparable to wired tools. The speed range of 3000–9000 rpm allows efficient cutting and grinding even in demanding work.
The tool has a convenient lockable slide switch and a tool-free disc guard, which allows quick and easy angle adjustment. AFT technology (Active Feedback sensing Technology) automatically stops the motor if the accessory suddenly gets stuck, increasing user safety. The electric brake stops the disc quickly, improving work safety and control.
The XPT protection system offers the tool excellent resistance to dust and moisture, ensuring reliability in difficult conditions. The integrated battery protection system prevents the battery from over-discharging, extending its service life. Smooth start-up allows better control and more precise start of work.
Thanks to the XGT® platform and fast-charging batteries, the tool is suitable for intensive professional use, offering a long working time and maximum performance.

If the product is registered within 4 weeks of the purchase date, the factory one-year warranty can be extended by two years.
The extended 3-year warranty applies only to devices purchased from authorized dealers of Makita OY's Estonian branch.
The warranty is valid only for models imported by Makita Oy's Estonian branch (Finnish subsidiary).
The extended warranty is granted only if the device is registered on the Makita website within 4 weeks of the purchase date. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.

From the Makita website, you can print the extended warranty certificate and also the purchase document if you have uploaded it.
If the device is sent for service under the extended warranty, the purchase document and warranty certificate must be included.
The extended warranty applies to electric motor-powered devices (mains and battery powered) and gas-powered nail guns.
The extended warranty does not apply to accessories, batteries, chargers, lighting equipment, heated jackets, internal combustion engine-powered devices, pneumatic nail guns, air compressors, or torque-controlled screwdrivers intended for industrial use.
