The 40V XGT battery-powered metal hole puncher PP001G with a compact design and a high-power brushless motor achieves high working speed. After the end of the impact cycle, the hydraulic pressure automatically pulls the impact head off the part and returns it to its starting position, ensuring a smooth and efficient sequential hole punching process.
PP001G allows punching holes in various metal materials such as ordinary steel, stainless steel, U-profile steel, aluminum and copper. The device can punch holes up to 20 mm in diameter into mild steel up to 9 mm thick and stainless steel up to 6 mm thick.
Thanks to the 360° rotatable motor part, the device can be flexibly adapted to the conditions of the workplace. In addition, the hole puncher has a return lever, which allows the mechanism to be quickly returned to the starting position in case of malfunctions, ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operation.
