Spindle box: cast aluminum. Main spindle mounted on precision bearings (throw without chuck 1/100 mm) with 10.5 mm bore. Cartridge side 70 mm recessed to 14 mm. MK 2 with cone. Rotary switch for switching on automatic feed using the gear and feed screw (optionally 0.05 or 0.1 mm/p).
Center frame: cast aluminum. Pinole diameter 20 mm, retractable up to 30 mm. With millimeter scale, MK 1 cone and rotating center.
Support: the bed sled is made of cast ham. Cross support and upper support in steel (adjustment 60 or 45 mm). Lathe holder for attaching 8 × 8 cutting blades.
Drive: Silent special DC motor with 3-stage belt drive for rotation speeds of 300 - 900 and 3000 rpm. Additional speed
smoothly adjustable from 100 to 300 or 1,000 r/min, depending on the belt transmission, using the (fully electronic) control. Clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. Main switch with emergency stop function and Lathe chuck: high-quality three-pack chuck according to DIN 8386 class 1 (concentricity tolerance 0.04 mm). Size with pack reversal 2 – 75 mm.
