Usage
High-quality production technologies ensure high rotational accuracy, so these hole saws are suitable for use with both hand drills and vertical drilling machines (only with manual feed).
A high-quality selection of hole saws is the perfect solution for cutting all types of materials: Steel with a tensile strength of up to 1000 N/mm². Stainless steel and acid-resistant steel. Non-ferrous metals, cast iron, aluminum, wood, MDF board.

Tooth construction
The tooth construction with a variable 4–6 teeth per inch and a positive 10° tooth angle gives the following advantages. - Faster and more powerful cutting. - Better heat dissipation during cutting ensures that the teeth stay sharp longer. - Deeper curved tooth spaces ensure more efficient chip removal, preventing clogging and overheating. - The specially shaped tooth angle has a lower chance of getting stuck in thin materials. - The saw teeth are alternately set to minimize entanglement and friction. - Requires less feed pressure. This is achieved with a powerful tooth geometry and a favorable chip space, which results in less force being applied during drilling.

Teeth material
Matrix II type special quality high-speed steel is used to make the hole saw teeth. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, which allows the teeth to maintain their original hardness even at high operating temperatures during metal cutting. - Bimetal construction: high-speed steel teeth are laser-welded to a high-alloy steel body. The teeth are then vacuum-hardened to a hardness of 65 HRC at a temperature of 600 °C to ensure maximum durability and service life. - Thanks to the high wear resistance of the Matrix II material, these hole saws are ideal for cutting difficult-to-cut and hard materials, such as stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, as well as softer materials, such as wood.

Hole saw body
The 1.27 mm thick steel hole saw body is rigid to maintain its shape, but also elastic.
The effective sawing depth is 41 mm.

Back wall construction
The back walls are made of thick steel, so the holes do not increase over time. Thick back walls add strength and rigidity, minimizing vibration. 4 drive chuck pin holes for easy shaft placement. A perfectly made round back wall, which is especially important for large diameter hole saws.

Diagonal slots help to remove and eject the core.
