The Nivel System NL640R DIGITAL rotary laser is a versatile and multifunctional tool for use in both open areas and indoors.

Based on proven and effective NIVEL laser technology, ensuring ultra-precise measurements.
The NL640R DIGITAL sets the horizontal plane (including with slopes on 2 axes) or the vertical plane, while the laser plummet determines a plumb line or right angles.
The laser offers good performance even over long distances (600 m working range) in difficult terrain – it levels quickly and is resistant to ground vibrations.
The NL640R DIGITAL is supplied as standard with a digital sensor that displays height differences digitally. This significantly simplifies and speeds up measurements.
The device is equipped with an intuitive LCD display user interface.

Fast and easy measurement
The NL640R DIGITAL is self-leveling – it automatically levels itself when switched on and is ready for use immediately.
Suitable for both horizontal and vertical work.
When used with the sensor and laser staff, it forms a precise leveling set that can be used alone.
The numerical height display (digital sensor) shortens the leveling process.
The scanning function allows the laser beam to be limited to a specified working sector.

Versatile use
The device can be used with both horizontal and vertical beams.
The plane can be tilted in one or two directions, allowing the laser to be used, for example, for pouring floors or leveling surfaces before paving, building sports fields or roads – ensuring water drainage according to designed slopes. During construction work, the laser plummet, generated by the axis of the laser plane, is helpful. This function allows for precise alignment for right angles or transferring height marks (the line is displayed downwards and upwards simultaneously).
For outdoor work and longer distances, a receiver is used, which ensures signal reception within a range of 600 m (diameter). Various head rotation speeds optimize work at both short and long distances.

Indispensable on the construction site
The device is equipped with an electronic compensator that eliminates vibrations and ensures precise leveling of the laser plane. The electronic compensator is much more accurate than a magnetic one, which is especially important in construction surveying where the ground can vibrate due to the work of heavy machinery – precise measurements are still guaranteed.
The equipment is dust and water resistant (IP65).
In addition, the laser head is protected by a metal cover, and the rubber corners of the housing protect against impacts.

Convenient operation
The NL640R DIGITAL has an intuitive control panel. Function management, including entering slope angles, is done manually. Laser functions can be controlled both from the device and via the remote control (range up to 100 m).
It is powered by a high-capacity 8000 mAh battery, but the device can also be used directly from the mains.
The compact housing with comfortable handles makes installing and transporting the device easy.
