Sauter hardness tester HMM

Created specifically for measuring the hardness of metals and other materials.
A versatile and accurate device that is ideal for industrial and laboratory use, providing reliable results in various measurement scales.
Perfect for quality control and material research, being compact and easy to use.
Impact (rebound) sensor: the impact module accelerates a spring against the object to be tested. Depending on how hard the object is, the kinetic energy of the module is absorbed. The decrease in speed is measured and converted into Leeb hardness values.
Includes an external impact sensor (type D).
Possible all measurement directions (360°) thanks to the automatic compensation function.
Includes a hardness test block for calibration (790 ± 40 HL).
Internal memory for up to 9 measurement values.
Mini-statistics function: displays the measured result, average value, impact direction, date and time.
Automatic unit conversion: the measurement result is automatically converted to all specified hardness units.

Measurement method and scale:
Uses the Leeb method, which is based on measuring the loss of impact energy when the impact body hits the surface of the material.
The device displays results in several scales, including HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV and HS, allowing you to measure hardness according to various standards.

Wide measuring range:
Suitable for a wide range of materials and various industrial applications, providing reliable results for both hard and soft metals.

Compact and portable design:
A handheld and compact device that makes it convenient to use in different working environments, including construction sites and factories.
The compact design allows you to quickly and accurately measure hardness in hard-to-reach places.

Clear digital display:
A large, clear and easy-to-read digital display that displays measurement results.
The screen is user-friendly and allows for quick reading of results even in poor lighting conditions.

Data storage and connectivity:
Built-in memory that allows you to store several measurement results in a row.

Automatic shutdown and energy-saving function:
Turns off automatically when not used for a while, which helps save working time and extend the life of the device.
