This headlamp has been named “ZOOM” because the user can “zoom” the lighting angle in and out according to the nature of the work being done. Thus, the lighting angle can be adjusted from 10°-70°, which gives a very long, 75-meter light beam or a shorter, 30-meter light beam.
The ZOOM lamp, which has undergone an update, has a 3-step light intensity adjustment: 1st step = 10 lumens / 2nd step = 80 lumens / 3rd step = 220 lumens. The 1st step is called the "READING MODE setting", as 10 lumens provides just enough light, for example, for reading user manuals.
