Tööriistamaailm Gift Card

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Tööriistamaailm gift card is a means of payment that can be used to pay for products in the Tööriistamaailm OÜ e-store and physical store.
1.2. The gift card is freely transferable and not registered to a specific person.
1.3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Validity Period

2.1. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the card or in the gift card notification.
2.2. After the expiry date, the gift card becomes invalid, and the unused amount will not be compensated or extended.

3. Usage

3.1. The gift card can be used to pay for one or more purchases until the card's value is depleted.
3.2. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining amount must be paid by another payment method.
3.3. If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the balance will be retained and can be used for subsequent purchases until the expiry date.

4. Physical Gift Card

4.1. To use a physical gift card, present the card at the checkout or enter the code on it in the e-store.
4.2. The card must be kept securely – its holder can use the gift card.

5. Digital Gift Card

5.1. The digital gift card will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the buyer.
5.2. To use the gift card, enter the code on the card in the e-store.
5.3. Tööriistamaailm is not responsible for gift cards not delivered due to an incorrectly entered e-mail address.

6. Loss and Misuse

6.1. Lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards will not be replaced or compensated.
6.2. Tööriistamaailm is not responsible for unauthorized use of the gift card.

7. Returns for Purchases Paid with a Gift Card

7.1. If a product paid for with a gift card is returned, the amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card or a new gift card code.
7.2. Money will not be paid out in cash or by bank transfer, except in cases provided by law.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. The gift card cannot be used to purchase a new gift card, unless otherwise stated.
8.2. Tööriistamaailm OÜ has the right to change the terms and conditions of the gift card by publishing them in the e-store.
