YATO cable stripping pliers 200 mm, 1–6 mm² are designed for working with wires during electrical, installation and assembly work.
The pliers can grip and hold wires, cut them and strip insulation from electrical wires.
By combining these operations in one tool, different stages of wire processing can be carried out with the same pliers.
The pliers are made of #55 carbon steel.
The body hardness is 40–45 HRC and the cutting edges have a hardness of 55–58 HRC.
The jaws are hardened and polished, and the ergonomic handles are covered with PP and TPR material.
The pliers are suitable for working with wires with AWG 8–18 and a cross-section of 1–6 mm².
The insulation stripping slots are sized for AWG 8–10, 10–12, 12–14, 14–16 and 16–18, and 1.0 mm², 1.5 mm², 2.5 mm², 4.0 mm² and 6.0 mm².
