The body is a metal conical funnel with a hex shank for attaching to the drill chuck.

The body has three steel cutting plates about 1.5 mm wide, made of YG8 carbide. The material allows efficient rounding of stainless steel, hardened steel, copper, brass, aluminum, fiberglass, wood and plastic rods. An important area of use is smoothing the thread ends of screws or rods.
The working speed must be selected according to the properties of the material to be processed.

The main uses are rounding the thread ends on screws or rods, removing debris from the outer edges and grooves on pipes, tenons or dowels.
To use, insert the hex shank into the drill chuck, place the working part on the part to be processed and, during rotation, the blades inside will cut the material, smoothing its surface.
