YATO magnetic drill 1050 W, 30 mm is designed for drilling precise holes with a diameter of up to 30 mm in steel parts, load-bearing structures, profiles and thick sheet steel.
The electromagnetic base allows vertical, horizontal and overhead work, and holds the drill securely in place during drilling.
Its compact design, manual feed and compatibility with core drills make it suitable for installation, locksmithing and structural work.
Design and performance
The electromagnetic base attaches to ferromagnetic surfaces.
The vertical guide with manual feed and the carriage with precision guide help guide the tool accurately and reduce deviations during drilling.
The Weldon mount is suitable for core drills and industrial accessories.
The integrated coolant tank helps dissipate heat during drilling.
The ergonomic spindle feed lever allows drilling to be controlled, while separate switches for the electromagnet and motor allow them to be operated independently.
The tool is suitable for construction work, installing steel load-bearing elements and making openings for utility installations.
It can also be used for workshop machining tasks that require mobility and precise drilling, such as machining bushing bores.
Requirements for the mounting surface
The tool must be attached to a stable ferromagnetic surface with a recommended minimum thickness of 15 mm.
To achieve the full holding force of the magnetic base, the work surface must be free of rust, paint, oil and metal shavings.
