The YATO MIG welding machine MAGMATE 135E allows welding with self-shielded flux-cored wire using the MIG FLUX method without a shielding gas cylinder, with a welding current of up to 125 A. The machine is also suitable for MMA and TIG lift welding.
With synergic control, the diameter of the wire being used is selected and the welding current is set. The RICHIP processor controls the welding process and adjusts the current and voltage during operation.
Hot Start increases the welding current at the moment the arc is ignited, Arc Force adjusts the arc dynamics, and Anti-stick cuts off the current if the electrode sticks. VRD reduces the open-circuit voltage; overheat protection controls fan operation and can reduce the welding current if necessary.
The electrode holder and TIG torch required for MMA and TIG lift welding are not included.
