The YATO worktop joining router template is designed for routing stable joints in kitchen worktops 250–700 mm wide.
Positioning pins help align the template with the edge of the worktop. The working position can be selected according to the joint.
The template is used with a router fitted with a 30 mm guide bushing and a straight router bit with a 12,7 mm shank. The worktops being joined must be the same thickness.
Secure the template to the worktop with carpenter's clamps. Remove up to 8 mm of material in one routing pass; make several passes to achieve a greater depth.
